At the „Il Senso” Therapy Center, we offer 50-minute therapy sessions conducted online, which allows for flexibility that fits your life’s rhythm.

Marzena Rusinowska

She specializes in psychotherapy for individuals over the age of 19, offering support in coping with insomnia, low mood, depression, anxiety, experiences of loss, and symptoms of ADHD. She creates a safe space where clients can explore their inner resources and build lasting foundations for a better life.

Experience

She specializes in psychotherapy for individuals over the age of 19, offering support in coping with insomnia, low mood, depression, anxiety, experiences of loss, and ADHD symptoms. She creates a safe space where clients can explore their inner resources and build lasting foundations for a better life.
She completed postgraduate studies in social psychology at SWPS University and pedagogy at the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. Additionally, she holds a diploma from the Christian Academy of Theology in Warsaw in the field of social work. She honed her skills during internships at institutions such as Psychoklinika and in the closed psychiatric ward at SPZOZ Hospital in Działdowo. She also holds a certificate from the Polish Society for Sleep Research and the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia. She is currently completing a 4-year training program at the accredited AMiE School of Psychotherapy, and her therapeutic work is subject to ongoing supervision. She is a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.
Privately, she is a happy mother of three children and the wife of a wonderful husband. She is passionate about sports-especially skiing, sailing, and horseback riding. In her free time, she loves organizing trips for friends and spending evenings playing exciting board games. These personal passions give her energy and inspiration, which she brings into her therapeutic work.
She works within the cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach, incorporating elements of motivational interviewing and ACT. In her work, she emphasizes respect, acceptance, and openness, always placing the client at the center of the therapeutic process. Her goal is to support individuals struggling with low self-esteem, burnout, insomnia, phobias, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties, helping them find their way to improved well-being and life fulfillment.
